| مستخلص: | This paper presents an integrative review of literature on cultural dimensions that have been suggested as facilitative and inhibitive to knowledge sharing in organizations. Content analysis was conducted on articles related to national, organizational and professional culture and knowledge sharing process. Based on a review of existing literature in this area, this paper presents a conceptual framework that identifies cultural factors that significantly influence knowledge sharing process.
