O Relatório Final de Estágio (RFE) que apresentamos foi materializado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada que integra o plano de estudos do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico da Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu. Este relatório encontrase dividido em duas partes. Na primeira parte deste Relatório incidimos criticoreflexivamente sobre as experiências e aprendizagens potenciadas pela Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, em contexto de Educação Pré-Escolar (EPE) e 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB). A reflexão apresentada é sustentada pelas orientações preconizadas pelos Padrões de Desempenho Docente. Na segunda parte, damos a conhecer a investigação levada a cabo num agrupamento de escolas da zona centro, com características rurais. Os inquéritos por questionário foram aplicados aos professores do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e pais/encarregados de educação com filhos/educandos que frequentam o 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico do Agrupamento de Escolas onde a investigação foi realizada, de modo a analisar a importância do envolvimento dos pais/ EE na vida escolar dos filhos/educandos para que estes atinjam o sucesso, perceber também as dinâmicas entre os pais/EE, professores e alunos, assim como compreender que impacto que estas dinâmicas têm no sucesso dos alunos, construindo assim conhecimento no âmbito da relação entre a participação dos pais e o (in)sucesso escolar. Com os dados obtidos é-nos dado verificar que a participação dos pais na escola interfere com o sucesso escolar dos alunos, dando assim resposta à questão-problema. Os resultados permitem-nos concluir que a dinâmica positiva entre pais/EE e professores, neste caso em concreto no 1.º CEB, impacta positivamente os alunos e o seu sucesso na escola. |

The Final Internship Report (RFE) that we present was materialized within the scope of the Curricular Unit of Supervised Teaching Practice that integrates the study plan of the Master's Degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education of the Escola Superior de Educação from the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. This report is divided into two parts. In the first part of this Report, we focus critically and reflexively on the experiences and learning potentialized by the Practice of Supervised Teaching, in the context of Pre-School Education (EPE) and 1st Cycle of Basic Education (CEB). The reflection presented is supported by the guidelines recommended by the Teaching Performance Standards. In the second part, we present the research carried out in a group of schools in the central area, with rural characteristics, using the questionnaire survey. Questionnaire surveys were applied to teachers of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and parents/guardians with children/students who attend the 1st Cycle of Basic Education of the Grouping of Schools where the investigation was carried out, in order to analyze the importance of involving parents/EE in the school life of their children/students so that they achieve success, also understanding the dynamics between parents/EE, teachers and students, as well as understanding the impact that these dynamics have on student success, thus building knowledge within the scope of the relationship between parental participation and school (failure) success. With the data obtained, we can verify that the participation of parents in the school interferes with the academic success of the students, thus giving an answer to the question-problem. The results allow us to conclude that the positive dynamic between parents/EE and teachers, in this specific case in the 1st CEB, has a positive impact on students and their success at school. |
