This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice of an elderly hypertensive patient with COVID-19. An integrative nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint application and intradermal needling were carried out in addition to the routine nursing interventions including nursing evaluation, disinfection and isolation, illness condition monitoring, oral care, health education, psychological care and so on. The integrative nursing practice is effective to relieve the clinical symptom and improve the rehabilitation of the patient.
