الوصف: The objective of the research is based on analyzing entrepreneurship, innovation and its relationship with local development in the city of Cuenca. It was based on a descriptive type with a non-experimental field design. Regarding which initiatives entrepreneurs believe that the government should implement to support them, 39.3% consider that there would be a reduction in bureaucratic procedures as a measure to support entrepreneurship, 22.6% state that training would be of great help, 21.4% state that tax benefits They are necessary to promote entrepreneurship and 16.7% believe that it is necessary to simplify the hiring of employees. The aspects that link entrepreneurship with job creation, education and local development are present on the one hand in the capacity to undertake promoted through education, on the other hand, the presence of entrepreneurs in the city is a source of job.
