الوصف: Wnt11 has been shown to play a role in invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer. Here the authors show that in prostate cancer cells Wnt11 signals through the Fzd8 receptor and report an interaction between Fzd8 and TGF-β receptors regulating the transcription of a subset of TGF-beta genes.
