| الوصف: | Medikamentozni prekid trudnoće najčešće se izvršava uzimanjem kombinacije lijekova mifepristona i mizoprostola. Dosadašnja istraživanja ovog oblika prekida trudnoće pokazuju visoku razinu sigurnosti za trudnicu s obzirom na malu učestalost komplikacija. Podaci iz literature upućuju na visoku učinkovitost ove metode, posebno kod trudnoća do 7 tjedana gestacije. Ovim retrospektivnim istraživanjem ispitana je primjena medikamentoznog prekida trudnoće u Općoj bolnici Koprivnica u 2021. godini i potvrđene su pretpostavke o sigurnosti i učinkovitosti ove metode. Kandidatkinje za medikamentozni prekid trudnoće većim su dijelom prvorotkinje. Neuspjeh ove metode prekida trudnoće dogodio se kod 7,95% pacijentica. Utvrđena je slaba pozitivna korelacija između gestacijske dobi i doze mizoprostola koja je potrebna za potpuni prekid trudnoće, ali ona nije statistički značajna. ; Medical termination of pregnancy is most often performed by taking a combination of the drugs mifepristone and misoprostol. Previous research into this type of abortion shows a high level of safety for the pregnant woman, given the low complications rate. Literature data indicates the high efficiency of this method, especially in pregnancies up to 7 weeks of gestation. This research examined the use of medical termination of pregnancy in the Koprivnica General Hospital in 2021 and confirmed the assumptions about the safety and efficiency of this method. Candidates for medical termination of pregnancy are mostly primiparous women. Failure of this abortion method occurred in 7.95% of patients. A small level of positive correlation between gestational age and the dose of misoprostol required for complete abortion was determined, but it is not statistically significant. |
