| الوصف: | Poduzetništvo je ključ razvoja svake zemlje. Pri tome posebnu ulogu imaju poduzeća početnici, kao i mala, te srednja poduzeća. Imati kvalitetnu ideju nije dovoljno, potrebno je imati resurse kojima će se ta ideja donijeti određenu korist. Poduzetnički inku batori svojim uslugama umnogome u tome pomažu. Nudeći poduzećima korištenje svojih prostora i infrastrukture, te znanja i iskustva, uz financijsku pomoć poduzetnicima olakšavaju preživljavanje u početnim razdobljima njihovog poslovanja. Zbog njihove važnosti u ovom radu su prikazani poduzetnički inkubatori i njihov utjecaj na poduzetništvo. Osim teorijske obrade poduzetništva i poduzetničkih inkubatora prikazani su dva hrvatska primjera poduzetničkih inkubatora, te na koji način posluju poduzetnički inkubatori u Austriji. ; Entrepreneurship is the key to every country's development. Beginners as well as small and medium-sized enterprises play a special role in this. Having a good idea is not enough; it is necessary to have the resources that will bring this idea some benefit. Entrepreneurial incubators help greatly in their services. Offering businesses, the use of their space and infrastructure, and knowledge and experience, with financial assistance, makes it easier for entrepreneurs to survive in the early stages of their business. Due to their importance, this paper presents entrepreneurial incubators and their impact on entrepreneurship. In addition to the theoretical analysis of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial incubators, two Croatian examples of entrepreneurial incubators are presented, and how entrepreneurial incubators operate in Austria. |
