| الوصف: | Objective: to analyze nursing care in the administration of vasoactive drugs in the emergency department. Methods: Systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusions: The use of these vasoactive drugs will depend on the hemodynamic, systemic and autoregulatory state of the patient, for such reasons the nursing staff has the obligation to know the functioning of these drugs in pathologies that require such use, as for example in septic shock where they are used due to the affectation of the thyroid axis of T3 or in pregnant women, where they must be prepared to apply the appropriate treatment in case of hypotension due to the seriousness of the consequences that this entails both in the mother and in the fetus. ; Objetivo: analizar el cuidado de enfermería en la administración de fármacos vasoactivos en urgencias. Método: Revisión sistemática en 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y conclusiones: La utilización de estos medicamentos vasoactivos dependerá del estado hemodinámico, sistémico y autorregulador del paciente, por tales razones el personal de enfermería tiene la obligación de conocer el funcionamiento de estos medicamentos en patologías que requieran de tal uso, como por ejemplo en el shock séptico en donde se los usa por la afectación al eje tiroideo de T3 o en mujeres embarazadas, en dónde se debe estar preparado para aplicar el tratamiento adecuado en caso de hipotensión debido a la gravedad de las consecuencias que ello conlleva tanto en la madre como en el feto. |
