| الوصف: | The article elaborated using documental research, analyzes the impact of Covid-19 in the socioeducational measures implementation in open environment, in the territory of two rivers channels from Amazonas. The analysis of the organization of the services provided, of the attendances number and of the profile of the reference teams identified that, among the eight towns investigated in the channels of Alto Rio Negro and Rio Madeira, only six of them had CREAS, and none of them had a Socioeducational Attendance Municipal Plan and an Intersectoral Commission. Considering this, we verified that the challenges faced by the public management in these towns – concerning the execution of the measures in open environment – that involve the dimensions of the municipalities, the absence of representation by justice system members, and of the public defender's office, or even limitations in relation to co-financing were aggravated during the pandemic, reducing the few services provided in the regular period to almost nonexistent, when compared to the pandemic times. ; El artículo elaborado bajo el apoyo de investigación documental analiza el impacto del Covid-19 en la ejecución de medidas socioeducativas en un entorno abierto, en el territorio de dos canaletas de río, del estado de Amazonas. El análisis de la organización de los servicios ofrecidos, el número de atendimientos y el perfil de los equipos de referencia, identificó que, entre los ocho municipios investigados en las canaletas altas del río Negro y Madeira, sólo seis tenían CREAS, y ninguno de ellos disponía con el Plan Municipal de Atención Socioeducativa y la Comisión Intersectorial. Frente a esto, comprobamos que los desafíos impuestos a la gestión pública de estos municipios - en cuanto a la ejecución de las medidas en el entorno abierto – traspasan el magnitud de los municipios, la ausencia de representación de actores del poder judicial y de la defensoría pública, o aún, las limitaciones en relación con el cofinanciamiento, se han visto agravados en el ... |
