Organisations made up of individuals who join together to achieve a common goal by taking joint action are a preferred form of activity in the agricultural sector and refers to cooperative societies and the advantages they provide from the point of view of the individual small grower or breeder. The general legal regime of cooperatives was established in Spain by Act 27/1999 of 16 July 1999, but there are also a number of autonomous regulations that also govern this sector. The considerations presented in the article, thanks to the analysis of important practical aspects such as the observance of the guiding principles, as well as the structure and operation of cooperatives, show their practical importance in the agricultural sector in Spain. ; Podmioty tworzone przez osoby, które łączą się, aby osiągnąć wspólny cel dzięki podejmowanym razem działaniom, są korzystną formą prowadzenia działalności w sektorze rolnym. Chodzi o spółdzielnie, które zapewniają korzyści każdemu drobnemu rolnikowi lub hodowcy. Ustrój prawny spółdzielni w Hiszpanii został uregulowany ustawą 27/1999 z 16 lipca 1999 r., choć istnieje też wiele niezależnych rozporządzeń przyjętych dla tego sektora. Przedstawione w artykule rozważania, dzięki przeprowadzonej analizie aspektów, takich jak przestrzeganie zasad przewodnich, struktura i funkcjonowanie tych podmiotów, podkreślają praktyczne znaczenie spółdzielni w sektorze rolniczym w Hiszpanii. ; Le entità composte da persone che si uniscono per raggiungere un obiettivo comune realizzando attività congiunte sono una forma favorevole di business nel settore agricolo. Ci riferiamo alle società cooperative e ai vantaggi che portano dal punto di vista del singolo piccolo agricoltore o allevatore. La legge spagnola che stabilisce il regime giuridico generale delle cooperative è la legge 27/1999 del 16 luglio 1999. Tuttavia, ci sono anche vari regolamenti autonomi approvati in questo settore.
