الوصف: Direct writing of rare-earth (RE)-doped nanophosphor patterns was realized using an atmospheric pressure microplasma jet via plasma dissociation of acetylacetonate compounds. Rapid and localized deposition of crystalline Y 2 O 3 -based particles on substrates was achieved through digitally controlled electrode movement, thus forming arbitrary fluorescent patterns in desired positions. Characteristic and intense emissions of Tb 3+ and Eu 3+ were detected, referring the effective doping of Tb 3+ and Eu 3+ in Y 2 O 3 . This study provides a simple, flexible, and efficient approach for the construction of fluorescent patterns on materials.
