Bakalaura darba tēma ir iekšējās un ārējās vides faktoru ietekme uz saimniecisko darbību, uz uzņēmuma “Circle K” piemēra. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma “Circle K” iekšējās un ārējās vides faktoru identificēšanu un ekspertu anketēšanu, novērtēt uzņēmuma iekšējo un ārējo vidi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai saimnieciskajai darbībai un tās pilnveidošanai. Darba ietvaros tika pētīta uzņēmuma “Circle K” iekšējā un ārējā vide, tās faktori un to ietekmes novērtējums uz uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību. Tika izšķirts katrs vides faktors, un apkopota informācija par to. Darba pirmajā nodaļā darba autore tika izklāstījusi teorētisko informāciju par uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides faktoriem. Darba otrajā nodaļā autore apraksta mātes uzņēmumu “Alimentation Couche – Tard Inc.” un zīmolu “Circle K”. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir veikta uzņēmuma “Circle K” SVID un PEST analīze, kā arī ekspertu anketēšana. Darba nobeigumā ir izvērsti secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma tālākai darbībai un pilnveidošanai. ; The topic of the bachelor thesis is the influence of internal and external environmental factors on economic activity, on the example of the company "Circle K". The aim of the bachelor thesis is based on the identification of factors of the internal and external environment of the company "Circle K" and expert questionnaires, to evaluate the internal and external environment of the company and to develop proposals for the further economic activity of the company and its improvement. Within the framework of the work, the internal and external environment of the company "Circle K", its factors and the assessment of their impact on the economic activity of the company were studied. Each environmental factor was identified and information about it was collected. In the first chapter of the work, the author of the work presented theoretical information about the factors of the company's internal and external environment.
