الوصف: | Human cytomegalovirus is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in transplant patients and multiple immune cells types are critical during infection and reactivation. Here the authors assess the immune cell compartments of haematopoietic stem cell recipients in the early period post transplantation and identify key features of effector memory CD4+ T cells and mucosal associated invariant T cells in this context. |
