| الوصف: | Razvoj poduzetništva u suvremenom poslovanju predstavlja važan element gospodarskog razvoja i napretka. Moderne i razvijene zemlje poduzetništvo su prepoznale kao ključni faktor razvoja gospodarstva, a posebice se naglasak stavlja na mala i srednja poduzeća. Da bi se omogućio njihov razvoj, potrebno je osigurati institucionalnu podršku istima, a sve u cilju lakšeg plasmana na tržište i osiguranje financijskih sredstava i infrastrukture te ostalih oblika pomoći kako bi mali i srednji poduzetnici postali jači i konkurentniji. U tom kontekstu pojavili su se poduzetnički inkubatori kao odgovor na sve veće potrebe mladih i novoosnovanih poduzeća za financijskim sredstvima i drugim oblicima pomoći. Osnovni im je cilj stvoriti stabilna poduzeća koja će biti uspješna i nakon izlaska iz inkubatora, a funkcioniraju na način da stanarima inkubatora stvore dobre preduvjete za uspjeh u obliku pružanja tehničke pomoći, infrastrukture, savjeta, pomoći oko pronalaska tržišta i poslovnih partnera i dr. ; The development of entrepreneurship in contemporary business is an important element of economic development and progress. Entrepreneurship has been recognized by modern and developed countries as a key factor in economic development, with particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to facilitate their development, it is necessary to provide institutional support to them, with the aim of facilitating their marketing and securing financial resources and infrastructure and other forms of assistance in order to make SMEs stronger and more competitive. In this context, entrepreneurial incubators have emerged in response to the growing needs of young people and start-ups for funding and other forms of assistance.
