الوصف: (Abstracted from N Engl J Med 2023;389:1566–1578 Hyperglycemia during pregnancy is an important risk factor for complications, such as preterm birth, large birth weight, and admission to the intensive care unit. Those at highest risk already have glycated hemoglobin above target levels at the start of pregnancy.
