الوصف: Results. The total sample consisted of 8, the patients were selected according to the modified M. M. Hoehn and M. D. Yahr (1967) stages scale, with 2-3 disease stages, age 63,13 ± 9,08 years. Mean Berg Balance Scale value after 16 procedures statistically significantly increased (p < 0,05): from 41,25 ± 2,38 points to 52,38 ± 1,41 points. Balance scale results before and after physical therapy improved by 16,07%. A statistically significant improvement was observed in balance (p < 0,05). At the end of the study simple and complex task reaction time average statistically significantly improved (p < 0,001) and was 266 ± 58 ms (a simple task), and 278 ± 49 ms (a complex task). Conclusions: 1. After physical therapy, subjects who received physical therapy in accelerating pace workouts on the treadmill in the gym experienced a statistically significant improvement in their static and dynamic balance and functional capacity. 2. After physical therapy, subjects who received physical therapy in accelerating pace workouts on the treadmill in the gym experienced a statistically significant improvement in their control of speed and accuracy movements of the hand.
