الوصف: The Fourth Industrial Revolution is transforming productive systems in the organizations, promoting the integration of new technologies with the manufacturing process in industry. However, new technologies bring impacts not only related to productive systems, but also in people management, thus promoting a serie of challenges for leaders and managers in the organizations. From the context presented, this work aims to identify the perception of managers about the possible reflexes of Industry 4.0 in the people management. For this, a questionnaire was applied with managers of a company in the Campos Gerais, in order to understand the vision on the use of technologies of Industry 4.0, the challenges faced and the general perception about the positive and negative effects that this fourth Revolution Industrial can bring to organizations. After analyzing the responses, it is possible to conclude relevant points of the research, the main ones being: (i) the leadership of the researched company recognizes the positive impacts come from industries 4.0 (ii) identification of the need to develop people not only in related to to technical skills, but also behavioral ones and (iii) the importance of creating an environment that makes clear all the concepts and solutions inserted in the context of industry 4.0. Finally, it is emphasized that the research provided an opportunity to hear from the leadership their perceptions, understandings and concerns, giving us a complete view of this important moment that companies are living to achieve and surpass their results through innovation, technology and professionals trained. ; A Quarta Revolução Industrial está transformando os sistemas produtivos nas organizações, promovendo a integração de novas tecnologias no processo de manufatura na indústria.
