| الوصف: | Objetivo: diagnóstico diagnóstico de enfermagem para idosos hospitalizados sobre os aspectos psicossociais e psicológicos espirituais, utilizando a Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa transversal, quantitativa com uma amostra de 100 idosos, que utiliza um instrumento semiestruturado sobre dados sociodemográficos, anamnese e exame físico completo. Como afirmativas, os diagnósticos foram construídos a partir da Classificação Internacional de Prática de Enfermagem, considerando as necessidades humanas básicas da Horta. Uma análise de dados foi efetivada usando uma estatística descritiva para freqüência absoluta, relativa e medidas de locação. Resultados:prevaleceram no domínio psicossocial ou títulos diagnósticos: Comunicação, Eficaz; Falta de Conhecimento sobre Doença; Manutenção da Saúde, Prejudicada; Apoio Familiar, Positivo; Humor deprimido; e Risco de Humor, Deprimido. Para o domínio psicoespiritual, diminuir-se: Condição Espiritual, Prejudicada e Angústia Espiritual. Conclusão: se o objetivo proposto foi alcançado e os resultados apresentados neste estudo foram contribuídos para uma assistência de enfermagem mais qualificada na atenção integral à saúde do idoso, sendo direcionada para os aspectos agora abertos e inovando através das afirmativas pautadas em um período teórico. |
