الوصف: Restenosis with recurrence of symptoms after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) is treated in most cases by a second successful PTCA. In the case of silent restenosis in a patient previously symptomatic, the problem is less clear. Previous reports with a mean follow-up of <18 months have suggested that the prognosis of these asymptomatic patients is favorable.
