| الوصف: | The primary purpose of this research is the determination the causes of the delay of the projects in Saida city. To do so were distributed to the study sample (employees of the office of property promotion and management OPGI of Saida), and we recovered 39 responses. For processing the information collected, we used the method of discriminating analysis via the program SPSS v.20. The result obtained is that the leading cause of the delay is primarily the contractor, followed by the design office. |
