| الوصف: | 本研究では，子どもがより意欲的に運動・スポーツに取り組めるように，体育の授業開始15分で行うことができる体力向上プログラムを開発することを目的とした「小学校体育の授業開始15分でできる体力向上プログラムの開発Ⅰ」で開発された体力向上プログラムを基にサーキット型の運動を授業開始時に行い，それが子どもたちに与える影響について調査した。このプログラムは，短期間の実施による50m走の記録の向上が確認されたが，本研究においては，1年間継続して行うことで体育授業や教員へのプログラム実施による負担や，子どもたちの様子の変化を観察したもの等，その影響について考察し今後のプログラムの方向性を探るものとした。 その結果，継続的に行うことで子どもたちが主体的に取り組むようになり，教員への負担等は気にならず，その後の授業においても子どもたちが意欲的に活動できるようになったとの意見を得ることができた。 また，「新体力テスト」における結果の上昇も見られ，今後の体力向上への取り組みへの知見を得ることができた。 ; Children's decreased motor performance become a big problem. then, "Motor Performance Improvement Program "was made by the first report （A Development of the "Motor Performance Improvement Program "to be Possible to Do in 15 Minutes from the Class Beginning Ⅰ）. Moreover, the result of motor performance test has improved, and in some items, It was higher than the increasing rate of the national average. |
