The need of directing the educational policies of state under of quality criteria, associatedat the own facts of the academic work in Latin America, makes necessaryto identify the factors that determine the educational and scientific practicing of thehigher education teachers. In according to the previous, it was done a diagnostic testthat shows the main contradictions of the models of training and searching teacherwith the aim of making a proposal with strategies and precise actions over a designof a continuous improvement project, which is fed of routine/daily work; of reflection,the agreement and the scientific and pedagogical learning. The proposal has asa main objective, to get high grades of professional efficiency on the work of theuniversities and technological learning Institution from Latin America. ; La necesidad de orientar las políticas educativas de Estado bajo criterios de calidad,asociados a las realidades propias del quehacer académico en América Latina, haceprioritario identificar los factores que determinan la práctica educativa y científicade los maestros de educación superior. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se realizó unaevaluación diagnóstica que muestra las principales contradicciones de los modelosde formación docente y de investigación con el fin de construir una propuesta quecontemple estrategias y acciones precisas sobre el diseño de un proyecto de mejoracontinua, que se alimente del ejercicio cotidiano, de la reflexión, el compromiso y elsaber pedagógico y científico. La propuesta tiene como propósito rector, alcanzar altosgrados de eficiencia profesional en el trabajo de las universidades e institucionesde formación tecnológica de Latinoamérica. |
