الوصف: |
A multiple sequence alignment was carried out using MUSCLE. PhyML was used for a maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis with bootstrapping, and results were visualized with The Interactive Tree of Life (iTOF) online phylogeny tool ( https://itol.embl.deTest/ ) using default parameters. |
