| الوصف: | Este artigo apresenta dados obtidos a partir da utilização do Instagram como ferramenta de comunicação e aprendizado do projeto de extensão "UFPB no combate à COVID-19: a contribuição da Terapia Floral”, realizando a ponte entre comunidade acadêmica com a população em geral. A partir da utilização dessa rede social foi possível fazer postagens sobre a temática da Terapia Floral, além de divulgar os atendimentos gratuitos que o projeto estava ofertando e manter contato com o público. Em razão da pandemia da Covid-19, os atendimentos e os retornos passaram a ser on-line, ampliando o número de atendimentos e alcançando pessoas de fora da Paraíba e até do Brasil. Desta forma, o projeto oportunizou a seus extensionistas realizarem atendimento e indicar a Terapia Floral, além da disseminação do conhecimento através da rede social, sendo ela essencial e útil para transpor barreiras e conseguir atingir a população. ; This study presents data about the use of the Instagram as a tool of communication and learning of the extension project “UFPB in combating COVID-19: the contribution of Floral Therapy”, realizing the bridge between the academic community and the general population. Through the use of this social network, it was possible to publish about the thematic of the Floral Therapy, as well as to divulgate the free attendance which the project was offering and maintain contact with the public. Due to the pandemic of the Covid-19, the attendance and the return started being online, increasing the number of attendances to people outside Paraíba and even Brazil. Thus, the project provided the participants to realize attendances and indicate the Floral Therapy. It also disseminated the knowledge through the social network, which was essential and useful to transpose barriers and to reach the population. |
