| الوصف: | The 2003 guidance document was intended to aid completion of the Emission Statement including electronic submission of the data via the RADIUS software. This is in compliance with New Jersey's Emission Statement rule (N.J.A.C. 7:27-21) that requires states with designated ozone non-attainment areas to gather Emission Statement data from sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx). This addendum to the 2003 guidance statement describes some of the changes that have occurred in the Emission Statement submittal process. It also deals with some of the common issues and frequently asked questions that have arisen since the original document was released. ; Purpose: To inform users of the 2003 Emission Statement Guidance Document of changes to the Emission Statement submittal procedures that occurred in 2004. |
