الوصف: A. Changes of TPI, VIM and MAT2A mRNA expression of N 1 and N 2 in the course of angiogenesis in vitro . Predominantly increasing expression of TPI, decreasing expression of VIM and falling and rising expression of MAT2A was statistically analysed using Kruskal-Wallis test and post hoc Dunn-Bonferroni test ( p <0.05). B. Western blot analysis of TPI, VIM and MAT2A in N 1 and N 2 at day 5, 15, 25 and 50 using ACT as internal control.
