الوصف: IMSP Institutul Mamei şi Copilului ; Objective: The evaluation of particularities of the evolution of labor and the puerperal period in women with the Intrauterine Growth Retardation Syndrome (IUGRS) according to the pre-induction method of birth. Study design: In prospective study were included 248 women with IUGRS, which in dependence of the method of cervix preparation, were divided into 3 groups: I (basic) - 82 patients, whom had been appointed mifepristone, II (comparison) - 82 patients whom have been appointed misoprostol, III (control) - 84 patients who gave birth to sinister. Groups of patients were omogene for comparation. Results: The use of mifepristone for pre-induction contributes to a decrease in the total duration of birth compared to spontaneous birth (baseline 406.07 ± 16.32 min vs. 464.91 ± 13.16 min in spontaneous delivery), reduces the incidence of abnormal uterine contractions: 5 (6.1 ± 2.64%) versus 7 (8.54 ± 3.08%) in the comparison group and 13 (15.48 ± 3.95%) in the control group did not condition the increase in the rate of surgery cesarean compared to spontaneous birth (RR = 1.08, 95% CI = 0.67-1.74). At the same time, pre-induction with mifepristone is accompanied by a lower rate of OC compared to pre-induction with misoprostol (RR = 0.60, 95% TI - 0.34-1.05 p <0.05). Conclusion: The study of the action of mifepristone and misoprostol on the progression and outcome of the mother’s birth allowed us to conclude that the pre-induction of mifepristone birth is not accompanied by the risk of performing the caesarean section (RR = 1.08, 95% CI = 0.67-1 , 74) unlike misoprostol (RR = 1.55, 95% CI = 1.14-2.11); Also, mifepristone does not cause maternal complications. The results of pre-induction births with mifepristone were comparable to spontaneous births. ; Цель исследования: оценить особенности течения родов и послеродового периода у женщин с синдромом задержки внутриутробного развития плода в зависимости от метода преиндукции родов.
