| الوصف: | The process of group decision making has extensively been investigated recently, especially in the field of sports games. The method of group decision making is superior to the individual one. Whatever positive individual athletes’ features are, they cannot outweigh qualitative and quantitative contribution to solving group tasks. The efficiency of group decision making largely depends on the type of work and its organisation. In sports games, the simplest case is the discussion of plan realisation. Each player analyses the plan from his / her own position during play. A much more complex type of group activity is the creation of plans that have to be made more concrete according to players’ specialisation (forward, back, goalkeeper) and the consequent decision that has to be made. Collective thinking is the highest level of group activity to be sought for. Players’ integration into intellectual cooperation is what the specific character of presentday handball requires. The aim of the research is to determine psychological peculiarities of the individual’s integration into intellectual cooperation in game activities. The methods of the research: the analysis of scientific literature; CDMT (Co-educational Decision Making Technique) that investigates players’ (handball players’) interaction; coaches’ interviewing; the analysis of competition records; mathematical statistics.
