The discharge of wastewater is a global problem due to the lack awareness of fabric owners and poor control of authorities, we are living an accelerated process of contamination. Quecor S.A. which is a milky factory located at Aloag was the chosen to analyze wastewater discharges and propose a treatment, which consist in aeration for 24 hours, bacterial activity, flocculation, coagulation and filtration, trying to comply local requirements of the 002-SA-2014 Regulation of the Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, after applying the treatment, the levels of contamination were not enough to meet the requirements, so milk serum was removed from the effluent and tried again the treatment, having success and reaching the levels expected. ; Las descargas de aguas residuales son un problema de índole global, por la falta de conciencia de empresarios y control de autoridades se ha vivido un proceso acelerado de contaminación. Se analizó las descargas de una industria láctea ubicada en Aloag, Quecor S.A. y se propuso un tratamiento que consistió en: aireación por 24 horas, digestión de bacterias durante 24 horas, coagulación, floculación y filtración por grava fina. Al no poder llegar a los límites establecidos por la Normativa 002-SA-2014 del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, se eliminó el suero de leche de la descarga para que sea aprovechado en otras actividades y con esta nueva muestra se realizó el tratamiento antes propuesto llegando debajo de los parámetros máximos permisibles. |
