الوصف: Chicken hepatocytes were cultured in vitro and 240 specific pathogen-free (SPF) white leghorns chickens (7 days old) were obtained. The hepatocytes and chickens were randomly allocated to one of six treatment groups: control group; chitosan (COS) group; sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) group; selenide chitosan (COS-Se) group; chitosan sulfate (LS-COS) group; and selenide chitosan sulfate (LS-COS-Se) group.
