الوصف: A new NAD+ derivative carrying a vinyl group, NAD+-N6-[N-(N-acryloyl-l-methoxycarbonyl-5-aminopentyl)-propioamide (M-NAD+) was synthesized as is summarized in Fig. 1. The NAD+ derivative was converted to a water soluble macromolecular NAD+ derivative (P-NAD+) by copolymerization with acrylamide.
