الوصف: Purpose. The bronchodilator effect of salbutamol formulated in hydrofluoroalkane-134a (HFA-134a), a Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC)-free propellant for metered dose inhalation (MDI) devices, was compared with that of salbutamol formulated in CFC in anesthetized dogs.
