| الوصف: | Noninvasive Ventilations becomes a very important tool managing the acute exacerbation of COPD. Using the noninvasive way of ventilation the mortality rate can be reduced compared to standard therapy. Especially for the acute hypercapnic respiratory failure in severe exacerbated COPD. The success to avoid intubation is mainly depending on the experience of the therapeutic team. Also for the chronic respiratory failure in COPD a benefit of NIV exists. |
