الوصف: Gasdermins mediate lytic cell death by forming pores in the plasma membrane. Here the authors show that gasdermins also permeabilize mitochondrial membrane, thereby facilitating intrinsic apoptosis pathway, downstream of apoptotic (Gasdermin E) and inflammatory (Gasdermin D) caspase activation.
