مستخلص: This paper proposes a high linearity digital scanning algorithm (HLD), which quantifies the additional luminous current generated during the switching process of the driving transistor, and generates linear weights by adjusting the time and amplitude of the subfield, eliminating the low linearity of gray level caused by the row data zeroing operation of the fractional subfield in the traditional digital pulse width modulation (PWM) algorithm. The results indicate that by modulating Vcom, RMSE of grayscale data is increased from 3.8689 to 2.8826. In addition, this paper proposes a leakage reuse technique that collects the leakage current of the SRAM pixel array in the hold state to precharge the row line, reducing the loss of supply voltage by charging the row capacitors from 0 to 1, and effectively reducing the dynamic power consumption of the row by 22%.
