The study of the human soul requires a large amount of study and in-depth understanding of the concept of this soul, and the word “self” was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an in many places, and its meanings varied according to the context of the verses contained therein. Man from controlling his whims and desires, and the purified Sunnah, with its hadiths and recommendations from the people of the House of Infallibility, focused on this soul and what a person needs in order to refine and refine it . إن دراسة النفس اإلنسانية يحتاج الى مقدار كبير من الدراسة والتعمق في مفهوم هذه النفس، وقد وردت لفظة النفس في القران الكريم في مواضع عديدة، وتعددت معانيها بحسب سياق االيات الواردة فيها، وقد نبه القران الكريم والسنة المطهرة الى البحث والتنقيب عن اسرارها ومكنوناتها قدر المستطاع ليتمكن االنسان من السيطرة على نزواتها ورغباتها، والسنة المطهرة بماورد فيها من احاديث وتوصيات عن أهل بيت العصمة ركزت على هذه النفس ومايحتاجه االنسان من اجل تهذيبها وصقلها.
