مستخلص: The boundary-value problems for elliptic PDEs are of fundamental importance for mathematical physics. Some of their applications lead to the analysis of degenerate PDEs of elliptic type. The well-posedness (correctness) of boundary-value problems for elliptic equations on the plane has been well studied using the methods of analytic functions of a complex variable. However, fundamental problems arise when investigating similar problems if the number of independent variables exceeds two. In this paper, we prove the unique solvability and obtain the explicit form of the classical solution of the mixed boundary-value problem for degenerate elliptic PDEs with the Chaplygin operator.
