Der Autor zeigt auf, wie sich dieser Diskurs in Österreich im Laufe der Zeit verändert hat und welche Auswirkungen dies auf die genannten Themen hat. Es wird betont, dass die Teilnahme von Schülern und Eltern an den Entscheidungsstrukturen der Schule wichtig ist, um institutionelle Diskriminierung zu reduzieren.
