The article focuses on research into hematopoiesis and the role of chromatin state dynamics (CSD) . It states that hematopoiesis provides a model to study CSD but profiling of homogeneous differentiation intermediates is impeded by technical limitations. It talks about the development of a high-sensitivity indexing-first chromatin immunoprecipitation method that can profile for chromatin modification dynamics. It elucidates the transcription factor network that controls cobalamin. |
