مستخلص: The article presents a study to examine the perceptions of Asian American male college students on people's stereotype about Asian American men guided. The study is guided by social identity theory which identified perceived stereotypes including interpersonal deficits, intelligence and intense diligence. Results of the study revealed outsider stereotypes have higher levels of depressive symptoms compared to body-mind and nerd stereotype clusters.
