The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old man who was 10 years previously diagnosed with Parkinson disease and experienced auditory and visual musical hallucination. The patient has a gambling behavior and multiple hallucinations, seeing shadows of animals and Elvis Presley standing outside his door as well as hearing his dead uncle talking to him. The patient refused to receive dopaminergic medication for his hallucinations and dyskinesias. |
