The article presents the author's views on political liberal argument related to The Law of Peoples' (LoP) position on toleration regarding political liberal and cosmopolitan theories. The author says that in LoP, philosopher John Rawls argues that liberal democracies should tolerate political systems that violate their members' fundamental liberal rights and freedoms but meet standards of decency. According to the author, LoP enables people to be governed by principles of justice. |
