In this article, the authors report on the results of a survey of physicians that was conducted in the U.S. in May 2009. They reveal that questionnaires were mailed to approximately 2,000 physicians but only 991 respondents completed the survey. They note the objection of physicians to the application of cost-effectiveness analysis in clinical decision making. |
