| الملخص (بالإنجليزية): | Low water levels of the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinneret) in recent decades due to droughts and anthropogenic factors have exposed large portions of the lakebed. Archaeological surveys of the newly exposed areas yielded prehistoric sites, harbours, anchorages, shipwrecks, cargoes and shoreline installations, attesting to changing maritime activity on the lake through time. The different assemblages are presented and discussed within the context of the lake's highly specific physical and climatic settings. Scarcity of shelters, onshore winds and unpredictable lake-level changes influenced human activity, as reflected in the archaeological records. Collectively, the finds represent the history of maritime activity on the Sea of Galilee. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (French): | En las últimas décadas, los niveles bajos del Mar de Galilea (lago de Kineret) causados por sequías y factores antropogénicos han dejado al descubierto grandes porciones del lecho del lago. Las prospecciones arqueológicas de las áreas recientemente expuestas han revelado sitios prehistóricos, fondeaderos portuarios, pecios, cargamentos e instalaciones costeras, que atestiguan los cambios de la actividad marítima en el lago a lo largo del tiempo. Se presentan y discuten los diferentes conjuntos en el contexto del escenario climático y físico altamente específico del lago. La escasez de refugios, los vientos costeros y los cambios impredecibles del nivel del lago influyeron en la actividad humana, como reflejan los registros arqueológicos. | Abstract (Chinese): | 近几十年来，由于干旱和人为因素，加利利海（基尼雷特湖）水位较低，导致大部分湖床裸露。对新暴露区域的考古调查发现了史前遗址、港口锚地、沉船、货物和沿岸设施，证明了该湖的水上活动随着时间的推移而不断变化。我们结合湖泊极为特殊的自然和气候环境，对不同的遗址组合进行了介绍和讨论。正如考古记录所反映的那样，避难所的稀缺、陆风和不可预测的湖面变化影响着人类活动。总之，这些发现代表了加利利海水上活动的历史。 近幾十年來，由於幹旱和人為因素，加利利海（基尼雷特湖）水位較低，導致大部分湖床裸露。對新暴露區域的考古調查發現了史前遺址、港口錨地、沉船、貨物和沿岸設施，證明了該湖的水上活動隨著時間的推移而不斷變化。我們結合湖泊極為特殊的自然和氣候環境，對不同的遺址組合進行了介紹和討論。正如考古記錄所反映的那樣，避難所的稀缺、陸風和不可預測的湖面變化影響著人類活動。總之，這些發現代表了加利利海水上活動的歷史。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| الملخص (بالعربية): | لقد كشف انخفاض مستويات المياه في العقود الأخيرة في بحر الجليل (بُحيرة طبريا) عن أجزاء كبيرة من قاع البُحيرة وذلك بسبب الجفاف والعوامل البشرية. وقد أسفرت المَسوحات الأثرية للمناطق المكشوفة حديثًاً عن مواقع ما قبل التاريخ ومَرَاسي الموانئ وحُطام سفن وبضائع ومنشآت ساحلية، مما يدل على تغير النشاط البحري للبُحيرة عبر الزمن. ولهذا يُقدم هذا المقال ويناقش الاكتشافات المختلفة في سياق الإعدادات الفيزيائية والمناخية المحددة للغاية للبُحيرة. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن ندرة الملاجئ والرياح البرية والتغيرات غير المتوقعة على مستوى سطح البحيرة قد أثرت على النشاط البشري، وذلك ينعكس في السجلات الأثرية. إلا أن تُمثل بشكل جماعي الاكتشافات تاريخ النشاط البحري في بحر الجليل.
