In a retrospective study conducted between 2017 and 2022, 12 patients with pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS) were treated with immune-globulin. One male patient developed aseptic meningitis, while another patient experienced nausea as a result of the treatment. The patient with aseptic meningitis was diagnosed with immune-globulin induced aseptic meningitis, leading to the discontinuation of immune-globulin in that patient.
