We appreciate all the comments made regarding our study 'Systematic review and meta-analysis showed that complementary and alternative medicines were not effective for infantile colic'.[1] Concerning the first paragraph, despite of that our study is written in terms of complementary and alternative medicine, the forest plots are divided in subgroups because both interventions are not comparable. Systematic review and meta-analysis showed that complementary and alternative medicines were not effective for infantile colic. On the other hand, the authors should not make subjective judgements ('the widespread use of osteopathic and chiropractic treatment indicate an interest by patients' or "osteopathic treatment is inexpensive").
