مستخلص: The article presents a case study of an 83-year-old man who developed Graves' ophthalmopathy after he was treated with the drugs ipilimumab and pembrolizumab. The patient, who had a history of Graves' disease, received ipilimumab for treating melanoma of the arm, and pembrolizumab was administered to him for treating lung metastasis. It discusses the actions of immune checkpoint inhibitors and their potential adverse effects on patients with preexisting Graves' disease.
