مستخلص: The article presents an interview with reptile expert, Harry Greene. Coral snakes are venomous, brightly coloured snakes that specialise in eating other snakes and that are mimicked by other, harmless snakes. In the ongoing field study of rattlesnakes in Arizona reptile experts never manually restrain them. They capture them gently by lifting them on a stick into a container, then take them back to a laboratory and anaesthetise them. Snakes will use the same places in their home range year after year for particular purposes.
