مستخلص: The article presents information on a cell-based high-throughput assay for screening inhibitors of human papillomavirus-16 long control region activity. Generation of reporter cell clones expressing luciferase under the control of the enhancer-promoter region of the E6 and E7 genes was presented. Characterization and validation of reporter clones P13 and P21 was discussed.
