| الوصف: | An investigation is carried out on the election of the members of the General Council of the Judiciary at two levels: 1. International, comparing it with the position of different European institutions such as the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, the Consultative Council of European Judges, the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary, the Venice Commission even the Court of Justice of the European Union itself; 2.
